  • by working together we all prosper. About the Role This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a finance professional who thinks like a builder. You will serve as the CFO's right hand for Finance
  • driving FP&A, pricing strategy, and the transformation of our financial operations infrastructure.
You will partner directly with our company-wide AI implementation function to drive process modernization across finance, accounting, AP, and AR. If you are energized by building systems from the ground up, fluent with AI-assisted workflows, and ready to grow into a senior finance leader, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Serve as the primary FP&A resource for the CFO, supporting executive decision-making with timely, accurate, and forward-looking financial insights Lead operational and sales budget planning, creation, and review processes Manage the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and ad hoc reporting Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations Partner with accounting personnel to deliver regular, insightful reviews of financial statements Gather and present strategic information on industry trends and economic conditions relevant to the business Support special projects including M&A evaluations and executive presentations Pricing & Profitability Direct cost analysis and pricing review processes across the product portfolio, leveraging AI modeling tools to improve speed and precision Conduct periodic profitability reviews including margin exception reporting at the SKU and customer level Develop and maintain customer-level P&L visibility to support pricing decisions and retailer negotiations Identify and communicate margin improvement opportunities to senior leadership AI-Driven Process Transformation Serve as the finance department's primary counterpart to the company's AI implementation function, translating business needs into AI-assisted solutions Own a finance-specific AI roadmap, prioritizing automation opportunities across reporting, forecasting, AP, AR, and budgeting workflows Design and deploy automated reporting and dashboard infrastructure that enables self-serve insights across the organization Lead or support the evaluation and implementation of AP automation tools, with a goal of reducing manual processing and improving efficiency Identify and drive AR process improvements, with a focus on deduction management, cash application, and collections discipline Develop KPIs and performance dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into financial and operational health Cross-Functional Leadership Interact regularly with department leaders across the organization to coordinate on reporting needs and relay financial insights Assist in the development and communication of KPIs and performance expectations to various teams Mine wide-ranging company data sets to uncover key insights and drivers for improving business operations Skills & Qualifications Required 3-7 years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or a closely related analytical role Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field Demonstrated AI fluency
  • must be able to speak specifically to how you have used AI tools to solve finance or business problems, not just general familiarity Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models, budgets, and management reports Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI strongly preferred) Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating data into business decisions, not just deliverables Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with executive-level management Self-starter with proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion Genuine desire to build, improve, and find better ways of doing things Preferred Experience in a CPG, manufacturing, retail, or product company environment Familiarity with SQL or other data query tools Experience evaluating or implementing AP/AR automation platforms Exposure to pricing analysis, margin modeling, or SKU-level profitability work Experience working as a finance counterpart to IT or systems teams on process improvement initiatives Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with experience; salary range $90,000•125,000 Clear performance milestone path for compensation growth Paid time off Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, and Vision plans Company-sponsored 401k Plan, Life Insurance, and Long-term Disability Employee discounts on Feit products Additional Information This position is on-site Monday through Friday at our Pico Rivera, CA office.
