About the Role We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Fulfillment & Field Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that combines end-to-end fulfillment ownership with on-site field support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety - managing inventory, shipping, and fulfillment operations while also traveling to customer sites to install and support our systems. You'll play a key role in ensuring equipment is managed efficiently behind the scenes and deployed seamlessly in the field, while also supporting the wider team as needed. Key Responsibilities Fulfillment & Logistics Manage incoming inventory and stock organization Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for dispatch Maintain accurate inventory tracking and reporting Oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations Ensure operational efficiency and readiness for deployments Field Support Travel to customer sites to install and set up systems Configure equipment (EPOS systems, terminals, printers, etc.) Provide troubleshooting and technical support during setups Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience on-site Ensure installations and support tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard Requirements Full driving licence Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a similar hands-on role Comfortable in a field-based, customer-facing environment Strong problem-solving and practical skills Good communication skills Full, clean driving license and access to a personal vehicle (essential) Comfortable working independently and adapting to new environments during site visits Willingness to support across different areas of the business as needed Ability to take ownership and operate in a fast-paced setting Desirable (Not Essential) Experience with EPOS systems or technical setups Basic IT or networking knowledge Experience in a startup or hybrid operations role Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry Benefits & Perks 33 days fully paid annual leave/vacation days (inclusive of all public holidays).
