The Position:
As a Guest Experience Coordinator (GEC), you are the face of our properties and the frontline of our operations. This role is the perfect launchpad into the booming short-term rental industry. You will proactively manage guest communications, resolve real-time issues, and ensure a seamless, high-quality stay from booking to review.
What You'll Do Guest Hospitality:
Maintain prompt, professional, and empathetic communication with guests throughout their entire journey (Inquiry to Review).
Issue Resolution:
Act as the primary point of contact for guest complaints, troubleshooting issues quickly to turn negative situations into great experiences.
Financial Tasks:
Facilitate guest payments, adjustments, and refunds through booking platforms and payment processors.
Vendor & Team Coordination:
Clear communication with our maintenance team and third-party cleaning vendors to resolve property issues efficiently.
Quality Assurance:
Perform routine audits of short-term rental agreements, digital leases, and pre-set communication templates.
Cross-Functional Support:
Assist internal departments (C-Suite, Development, Client Relations) with invoicing discrepancies, data entry, and property-specific tasks.
What You Bring Customer-First Mindset:
Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for hospitality.
Tech & Platform Savvy:
Experience with Guesty, Breezeway, and digital lock management systems is a major plus. Familiarity with major booking channels (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia), Slack, and DocuSign is highly preferred.
Location & Timezone:
Ideally based in the Pacific or Mountain timezone, or completely comfortable working long-term on Mountain Time (MT).

A high degree of adaptability and flexibility is an absolute must to thrive in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.
Detail-Oriented:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, spot errors in information and communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Schedule & Shifts Hospitality is a 24/7/365 industry. To best serve our guests and owners, our department rotates through three primary shifts assigned based on availability, performance, and business needs:
Day Shift:
8:00 AM•6:00
PM Evening Shift:
2:00 PM•11:00
PM Overnight Shift:
11:00 PM•8:00
