Guests will be able to reserve private hitting bays, compete in immersive baseball games, track real-time hitting stats, and enjoy elevated stadium-inspired food, beer, and cocktails delivered directly to their bay. Our concept combines the energy of a sports bar, the polish of an upscale hospitality venue, and the fun of technology-enabled gameplay. We are building a team of hospitality-minded people who want to help create memorable guest experiences and grow with an emerging brand. Role Overview Swingys is seeking a Head of Food & Beverage Operations with a minimum of 15 years of experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality operations, venue leadership, restaurant operations, or eatertainment. This person will help build the food, beverage, and hospitality operating foundation of Swingys from the ground up. This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on operator who understands the complexity of high-volume hospitality and experiential entertainment. The right person will help shape the systems, team structure, service standards, training, menu execution, bar operations, kitchen workflow, guest experience, and launch readiness for Swingys. This is not just a restaurant management role. We are looking for someone who can help build the operating playbook for a new sports hospitality concept before it scales. What You'll Do As Head of Food & Beverage Operations, you will lead and build the food and beverage side of the Swingys guest experience.
Responsibilities include:
Lead food and beverage operations across bar, kitchen, service, and bay delivery. Help build the operating foundation for Swingys, including SOPs, training standards, service flow, and team structure. Hire, train, schedule, coach, and manage hourly hospitality, bar, kitchen, and service team members. Establish service standards for food quality, drink execution, speed of service, bay delivery, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Manage bar operations, kitchen execution, inventory, ordering, labor, COGS, vendor relationships, and compliance. Partner with leadership on menu execution, beverage programming, operating systems, and launch readiness. Support private events, corporate groups, memberships, league play, and repeat-visit programming. Build systems for consistent guest experience across daily operations, group events, and high-volume periods. Work closely with ownership and leadership to identify operational risks, improve workflows, and prepare Swingys for growth. Create a team culture built around hospitality, communication, accountability, energy, and attention to detail. Who You Are You are a strong hospitality operator who knows how to lead people, build systems, and execute in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
The ideal candidate has:
Minimum 15 years of experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality operations, venue leadership, restaurant operations, or eatertainment. Experience in high-volume hospitality, sports entertainment, experiential venues, restaurants, bars, event venues, or entertainment concepts. Proven experience hiring, training, scheduling, and managing large hourly teams. Strong command of bar operations, kitchen execution, service flow, labor management, inventory, COGS, vendor management, and compliance. Experience opening a new venue, scaling an existing location, or building operating systems from the ground up. Comfort working across operations, events, guest experience, memberships, leagues, and revenue-driving hospitality moments. Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and ability to create structure in an early-stage environment.
