No Position Purpose The Head of Product Strategy is a technical strategist and productoriented leader who helps shape how technology and AI show up across our student experience, programs, and internal operations. This person will partner closely with Executive Director to make informed decisions about what we build, buy, and integrate. Description Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities 4-7 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a similar role at an EdTech, educationadjacent, or missiondriven organization. Strong systems thinker who enjoys mapping how tools, data, and people fit together and spotting gaps or redundancies. Comfortable translating between technical and nontechnical stakeholders, facilitating decisions, and building consensus.
