As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and people-focused HR Manager / People Operations Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day HR operations of the business while helping strengthen our employee experience, organizational structure, and talent development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Position Summary The HR Manager / People Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all core HR functions across the organization, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and people operations. This individual will work closely with company leadership to help build a strong, accountable, high-performing team while ensuring employees feel supported, engaged, and aligned with company expectations and culture. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, emotionally intelligent, solutions-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing business environment.

President Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruiting for company positions across departments Create and manage job postings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channels Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication Partner with leadership and hiring managers throughout the hiring process Facilitate offer preparation and hiring coordination Develop strategies to attract high-quality talent Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Oversee onboarding process for all new hires Coordinate offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and employee setup Manage employee orientation and new hire integration Ensure proper offboarding procedures are followed for resignations and terminations Coordinate final documentation, access removal, and exit processes Payroll & HR Administration Coordinate and oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness Maintain employee records and HR documentation Manage PTO tracking, employee changes, compensation updates, and employment records Partner with leadership regarding compensation and personnel changes Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information Benefits Administration Administer employee benefits including medical, dental, retirement, and related programs Support employee enrollment and benefits communication Serve as point of contact for benefits-related questions and issue resolution Coordinate annual enrollment and benefits-related processes Employee Relations & Performance Management Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers Help address employee concerns, workplace issues, and conflict resolution Support employee coaching, accountability, and performance conversations Coordinate employee reviews, feedback cycles, and performance management initiatives Partner with leadership to strengthen employee engagement and organizational effectiveness HR Compliance & Policy Administration Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with employment laws and company standards Maintain employee files, documentation, and required HR records Support policy updates, handbook administration, and process documentation Maintain organized HR systems and operational procedures Culture, Employee Experience & Engagement Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee experience Help coordinate employee appreciation programs, engagement efforts, and company events Partner with leadership to foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture Process Improvement & Organizational Support Identify opportunities to improve HR systems, workflows, and organizational effectiveness Help create scalable people processes to support company growth Build and maintain SOPs, documentation, and HR best practices Qualifications 5+ years of Human Resources experience preferred Experience in a small-to-mid-sized business environment strongly preferred Experience in recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and HR administration Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High emotional intelligence and professionalism Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Experience in ecommerce, retail, fashion, consumer products, or founder-led businesses is a plus Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Thrives in a growing, entrepreneurial company Enjoys balancing people, process, and operations Is highly organized and proactive Can operate independently and solve problems Is comfortable navigating employee issues with empathy and professionalism Can build structure while remaining flexible Enjoys helping teams and organizations improve Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience ($80,000-$90,000) Employee product discount Paid time off and company holidays Health and related benefits Opportunity to grow alongside a mission-driven fashion brand Work Environment This role is based out of our Norristown, PA headquarters and works closely with leadership and team members across departments.
