In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations of the Hickory House Inn boutique hotel, ensuring exceptional service, smooth management, and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of inn operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and some room cleaning. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Oversee guest relations to create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness and functionality of rooms and common areas Maintain phone etiquette Manage booking systems, respond to inquiries and promote hotel amenities and services Requirements Proven experience in hospitality or hotel operations with a strong background in guest services Excellent communication skills Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with front desk operations, phone etiquette Experience working in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest relations and hospitality standards - preferred but not required. With your experience and customer service skills, you will play a vital role in managing daily guest relations, handling phone inquiries, and booking reservations.
