Salary:

The YMCA of Greater New York Association Office is seeking a Manager, Donor Experience & Operations who will strengthen donor relationships and advance organizational goals by overseeing donor stewardship, data integrity, and operational excellence. This role manages stewardship communications, donor recognition, CRM data accuracy, reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure a high-quality donor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and implement a comprehensive donor stewardship and recognition program. Oversee donor acknowledgments, emails, pledge reminders, and recognition materials. Manage donor recognition assets. Support creation of impact stories, stewardship collaterals, and donor reports. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of Salesforce NPSP donor data. Generate reports on giving trends, donor retention, and stewardship outcomes. Track stewardship and operations budgets. Assist in identifying and researching donor prospects.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Three (3) - five (5) years of progressive experience in donor stewardship, fundraising operations, or nonprofit development. Experience coordinating donor events and initiatives, generating complex fundraising reports and data insights, and building prospect profiles is a plus. Knowledge of donor stewardship practices, donor acknowledgment processes, and donor data management; CRM database. Knowledge of gift entry processes. Knowledge of integrated fundraising and donor stewardship platforms is a plus. Knowledge of donor giving analytics and stewardship best practices is a plus. This is an onsite, hybrid role based out of our Manhattan Office.
