Duration:

12 months on W2 contract Seeking a strategic operations leader to manage and support high-impact Electric Operations initiatives focused on wildfire risk reduction, climate adaptation, operational efficiency, and utility strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic initiatives, pilots, and operational programs Manage cross-functional coordination across operations, technical, and business teams Support project planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management Track project deliverables, resolve issues, and provide leadership updates Coordinate field activities and stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications:

6 8 years of experience in strategy, operations, program, or portfolio management Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience Strong project/program management and cross-functional leadership skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities Experience managing multiple initiatives in matrixed environments

Preferred:

Experience in wildfire, forestry, climate, or utility operations PMP Certification preferred Hybrid role with occasional travel to Bay Area office locations.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $109.00-$113.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
