  • MUST HAVE LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE
  • A growing, mid-sized workers' compensation law firm is hiring a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day firm operations and build a scalable infrastructure that improves productivity, accountability, client experience, and profitability.
This is a high-impact role reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, serving as the operational bridge between attorneys, case teams, support functions, and leadership. A major priority is owning and optimizing Salesforce (Litify) to drive workflow automation, reporting, and data-driven performance management. What you'll own:
  • End-to-end operational performance across intake, onboarding, pre-lit and litigation workflows, case progression, and file processing
  • SOP development, process improvement, workload balancing, and staffing efficiency across departments
  • Salesforce (Litify) administration and optimization: dashboards, reporting, workflow design, automation, data integrity, training, and adoption

  • Systems integration coordination (case management, document systems, and related platforms) What success looks like (examples of outcomes you'll drive):
  • Faster case cycle times and measurable reduction in stagnant case inventory
  • Higher staff utilization and productivity with clear role-based scorecards
  • Increased CRM/workflow compliance and reduced manual admin work through automation
  • Improved cost per case and profitability metrics without sacrificing client experience Ideal background:
  • 5+ years leading operations (law firm or professional services strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on Salesforce CRM ownership (Litify experience a plus; certification preferred)
  • Strong operational leadership: managing managers, performance expectations, coaching, and accountability
  • Analytical and systems-oriented mindset with comfort building dashboards, metrics, and process controls
  • Experience coordinating workflows across multiple teams in a deadline-driven environment
  • Workers' compensation process familiarity strongly preferred Health insurance, dental insurance and life insurance are offered with this full-time direct hire role.
