Manager Operations - Underwriting Support

Wayne, PA, USA (Valley Forge Office)- This role is hybrid and not available remote. Job Description Implements initiatives and strategies to optimize business processes. Improves operational efficiency including employee productivity and budget spending. Works with Supervisors and Directors to ensure all goals are being met across the division. Oversees compliance of HSB standards, practices and quality control activities. Ensures performance management practices are equitably applied to all team members and is a point of escalation as needed.
