Your energetic leadership will inspire restaurant managers and team members to achieve business goals, enhance customer experiences, and foster a positive, growth-oriented environment. You will strategically oversee daily operations, implement process improvements, and ensure profitability while promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance. Duties Lead and support multiple restaurant teams by providing coaching, mentorship, and strategic guidance to maximize performance and engagement. Develop and execute business plans that align with company objectives, focusing on sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Oversee profit & loss responsibilities for your area, analyzing financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement and cost control. Implement process improvements across stores to streamline operations, enhance safety standards, and boost productivity. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with local communities, and expanding market reach. Manage project timelines and resources effectively to ensure timely execution of initiatives that support overall business goals. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and adjust strategies proactively to meet or exceed targets. Qualifications Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within retail or service environments. Multi Unit Restaurant experience required Demonstrated strategic planning skills with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans. Exceptional leadership qualities that motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results. Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial accountability. Strong business development skills with a track record of expanding market presence or customer base. Skilled in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
