The Office & Operations Coordinator serves as a key member of our team, supporting both BCH and Buckingham Legacy while helping ensure operational excellence, exceptional client experiences, and the successful execution of company initiatives. No two days are exactly alike. One day may involve coordinating a client workshop, managing travel arrangements, or supporting a marketing initiative. Another may involve assisting with a new business venture, improving internal processes, or helping leadership execute strategic priorities. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping people, projects, and processes moving forward. Successful candidates are often veterans, recent graduates, or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow alongside an organization with a strong mission and culture. Key Responsibilities Operations & Administration Ensure office operations run efficiently and effectively Serve as liaison between BCH and building management Manage office calendars and scheduling Assist with employee onboarding activities Coordinate office organization, filing systems, and supply management Manage incoming and outgoing mail Client Experience & Program Support Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests Respond to emails and telephone calls professionally and promptly Coordinate workshop logistics with clients and participants Assist with maintaining and updating workshop materials and presentations Support the delivery and quality of BCH programs and services Assist with DFW system administration and maintenance Sales & Marketing Support Prepare quotes and proposals using company templates Support the sales team with administrative and client service needs Coordinate company meetings, events, and training sessions Manage relationships with social media and marketing vendors Participate in product development and continuous improvement discussions Executive & Strategic Support Book and manage travel arrangements Assist leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives Support priorities and deadlines across BCH and Buckingham Legacy Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client experiences What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 3 years of office administration, operations, customer service, or related experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously High attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professionalism, integrity, and discretion Preferred Skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with social media platforms Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx Canva, Adobe, Trainual, Acuity, and Constant Contact (helpful but not required—we will train) What Makes Someone Successful in This Role? Compensation & Benefits Compensation Salary:
$48,000
  • $58,000 , based on experience Mid-year and year-end bonus opportunities ( historically totaling approximately $2,000
  • 5,000+ annually based on company and individual performance) New Hire Success Bonus following successful completion of the 60-day introductory period ( typically $250
