• Hybrid position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Pay range: $22.53

23 per hour This is a hybrid position for a candidate local to the Minneapolis area,bining remote work with onsite work. The role involves an overnight schedule, working four 10-hour shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Wednesday. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incidents, tasks, and changes related to IT operations.

Responsibilities:

Work on incidents and tasks specific to IT operations Handle changes on a nightly basis Follow operational documentation and procedures

Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience working in IT operations Experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, and basic desktop administration Knowledge of ROBOT Scheduler and
