Full-Time Overview Allegiant Anesthesia, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to support daily operations for our Florida anesthesia division. This is a hands-on, primarily in-office role responsible for scheduling, credentialing, billing coordination, provider onboarding, and patient support. This dynamic position places you at the center of our operational workflow, helping ensure efficiency across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Manage scheduling and credentialing for anesthesiologists and CRNAs and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Review case volumes and adjust schedules accordingly Facilitate provider onboarding, including documentation and system setup Submit and maintain weekly schedules and payroll confirmations Oversee and support anesthesia billing processes Serve as primary liaison for billing companies and partners Respond to patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly Build and maintain relationships with patients, providers, and facilities Support internal staff with operational guidance and issue resolution Identify and implement process improvements Coordinate onboarding and credentialing for new providers Assist with state licensure and compliance requirements Oversee facility setup and maintain required protocols Manage special projects (quarterly reports, newsletters) Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, and trade shows Maintain marketing and service materials Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree in Business or related field preferred; Will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. 2-3 years of experience in healthcareoperations, administration, or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, Google Suite and familiarity with data management tools Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within the organization Applicants without direct healthcare operations, scheduling, or credentialing experience will not be considered.
