We're looking for a high-performing Operations Director to lead a growing, multi-state portfolio of self-storage properties across the Western U.S. You will be responsible for driving performance across revenue, occupancy, expense control, and team development, while leading a team of District Managers and on-site leaders. You'll report directly to the COO and play a key role in shaping how we scale. How We Operate We run on EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System). In this role you'll own a Scorecard, set and deliver quarterly Rocks, run weekly Level 10 meetings with your team, and be measured on GWC — do you Get it, Want it, and have the Capacity to do it. We value the right person in the right seat, and we hold ourselves accountable to numbers, not just effort. Prior experience operating in an EOS environment (or a comparable structured, metrics-driven system) is a strong plus. What You'll Own Full regional P&L performance (revenue, occupancy, expenses) Leadership and development of District Managers and site-level teams Operational consistency across all locations (SOPs, brand standards, execution) Performance analysis using financials and operational metrics A weekly Scorecard and quarterly Rocks tied to portfolio performance Resolution of escalated operational and customer issues Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Revenue Management, HR, and Facilities Executive-level reporting with clear, actionable insights Participation in weekly Level 10 leadership meetings, Scorecard reviews, and quarterly planning The Kind of Leader We Need We're not just looking for someone who can run operations — we're looking for someone who can lead people the right way.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
