• Full-time About the Role This is not a typical operations job.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the full flow of the business, from when animals go to processing all the way to when orders arrive at our customers' doors. This role combines leadership, logistics, and hands-on work. You'll be managing systems, people, and day-to-day operations, but also stepping in when needed. You're essentially responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly across the entire operation. If you like taking ownership, building systems, and being involved in all parts of a growing business, this can be a great fit. What the Job Actually Looks Like Manage the full order flow from processing to delivery Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, and organization Create and manage delivery routes Coordinate processing schedules with livestock teams Communicate with meat processors on cuts and timing Manage vendor relationships (processors, packaging, suppliers, etc.) Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff Support customer service to maintain a 5-star experience Track KPIs and work with leadership on improving efficiency and profitability Manage backend systems (Shopify) and keep orders organized Build and improve systems/SOPs to keep operations running smoothly Oversee upkeep of warehouse, freezers, vehicles, and farm store You are responsible for keeping the operation organized, efficient, and moving forward. Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm Occasional weekends as needed Some work-from-home flexibility on select days
