We are looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in a dynamic setting that wants to play a key role in scaling the business. Position Overview The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including inventory management and fulfillment processes, while driving overall operational efficiency and scalability. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products and services are delivered accurately and on time, while also supporting strategic growth initiatives. The position requires a hands-on leader who can balance big-picture thinking with detailed execution—managing inventory levels, optimizing fulfillment workflows, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. In addition, this role will support marketing operations and ensure content and project deadlines are consistently met across the organization. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across production, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure smooth and efficient workflows Manage inventory systems, including tracking, cycle counts, forecasting, and maintaining accurate stock levels Lead and optimize fulfillment processes to ensure timely, accurate order processing and delivery Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control and fulfillment efficiency Monitor key operational metrics (inventory turnover, order accuracy, lead times) and implement improvements Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategies that support scalable growth Build and refine processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and cross-functional coordination Oversee marketing operations, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives Own content planning workflows by managing calendars, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met Collaborate closely with finance, production, and marketing teams to align operational priorities Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, data-driven solutions Lead, mentor, and develop team members while reinforcing a strong, values-driven culture Qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role Proven experience scaling business operations in a growing company Strong understanding of marketing workflows and content execution processes Experience with inventory management and fulfillment operations Highly organized with exceptional project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership skills Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $85,000•$115,000, depending on experience Quarterly bonus structure when KPI's are met.
