12 Months Join a dynamic team at the forefront of innovative product launch and manufacturing excellence as an Operations Program Manager III. In this strategic leadership role, you will spearhead the qualification of new components, modules, and processes for shipping iPad and Accessories, ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, operations, and supply chain teams. Your expertise will drive cross-functional alignment, optimize build readiness, and deliver impactful KPI reports, playing a vital part in bringing cutting-edge products to market efficiently and with high quality.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in operations, program management, manufacturing, process engineering, or product development Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities Exceptional communication skills, particularly with executive stakeholders Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Python is a plus Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with OEM coordination and build readiness Knowledge of quality assurance and qualification processes Familiarity with data analytics and dashboard reporting tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or related field Prior experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $80.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
