Field Leader. Quality Owner. Team Builder. NY & NJ Field Operations | Full-Time | $42,000 to 48000 + Performance Bonuses "If you want a 9-to-5 cleaning job, this is not it. If you want to lead, grow, and build something real — keep reading."
THE HONEST TRUTH FIRST
Before we tell you why this is one of the best supervisor seats in the industry, we owe you the truth about what the job actually requires. We do not believe in surprising people after they start.
Here is the real job:
Hours are not 9 to 5. Commercial cleaning happens when buildings are empty — nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays. Your schedule will shift based on client needs. You will get called when something goes wrong. Crew no-shows, last-minute requests, supply emergencies, client complaints — you respond, you solve, you lead. You will cover crews when someone calls out. That sometimes means putting on gloves and getting on the floor yourself. The best supervisors lead from the front. Some days are hard. Difficult clients, tough conversations with team members, equipment failures, weather emergencies, last-minute schedule changes. We are a growing company. That means growing pains — new processes, new clients, new systems, new tech, and yes, occasional chaos as we scale toward $100M in revenue. You will not always have a perfect playbook. You will be asked to think, decide, and act — sometimes without all the information. If reading that list made you nod — you might be exactly who we are looking for. If it made you hesitate, this is not your seat, and we respect you for knowing that. And Now — The Greatness Here is what comes with the hard work: a real seat at a real company that is building something extraordinary. You will be developed. We do not hope our people perform — we train them to perform. You will receive ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development. You will be respected. Supervisors are leaders here, not babysitters. Your voice matters in how we build. You will grow. Our path to $100M means real career growth — Senior Supervisor, Director of Operations, and beyond. We promote from within. You will be paid well to perform well. Performance bonuses tied to quality, retention, and team results — not just showing up. You will work for a CEO who cares. We lead with kindness, learning, value, and care. Our people are not numbers — they are the company. You will be part of legacy. We are a NYS-certified MWBE building a multi-state powerhouse — and you will be one of the people who built it. Who We Are Scrub Masters Plus Corp is a NYS-certified MWBE commercial cleaning company headquartered in Kingston, NY, with active operations across New York and New Jersey. We service medical groups, data centers, manufacturing facilities, office buildings, fire districts, and municipalities. "We do not hope people perform. We train them to perform." Who You Are You are the kind of supervisor who: Shows up early, stays late, and never leaves a site worse than you found it. Treats the cleaning crews with respect — and holds them to a standard. Knows the difference between busy and effective. Can have a hard conversation with kindness and walk away with the relationship intact. Sees a problem and fixes it before it becomes a complaint. Takes ownership when something goes wrong — no excuses, no blame, just solutions. Is willing to roll up your sleeves and clean alongside your crew when needed. Reads people, reads buildings, and reads what the client is not saying. Communicates clearly with clients, crews, and leadership — in person, by phone, and by text. Has the patience to train and the backbone to correct. Wants to be part of building something — not just punching a clock.
