Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives supporting Electric Operations. This role will drive planning, governance, execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of high-impact programs focused on operational excellence, risk reduction, climate initiatives, and affordability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead program planning, discovery, and execution of strategic initiatives Coordinate across operations, technical teams, and executive stakeholders Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Drive performance tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement Develop executive presentations and leadership updates Support technical implementation plans and operational pilots
Required Qualifications:
4 6 years of Program/Project Management experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience leading strategic initiatives in operations, strategy, or operational excellence Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Utility, wildfire, forestry, or climate industry experience PMP Certification Experience working with senior leadership and external stakeholders
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $95.00-$100.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
