Position Overview Meadow Homes is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and relationship-driven Property Operations Manager to oversee operations throughout the Berkshire County and Hudson Valley regions. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the local portfolio while delivering a high standard of service to homeowners, guests, and vendor partners. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. The Market Manager will serve as Meadow's local operational leader within the region and play a critical role in supporting portfolio growth, maintaining property standards, and strengthening Meadow's presence within the community. Key Responsibilities Regional Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of vacation rental homes throughout Berkshire County and the Hudson Valley Ensure properties consistently meet Meadow brand standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and guest readiness Conduct regular property inspections and quality assurance reviews Coordinate and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner Vendor & Contractor Management Recruit, onboard, and manage local contractors and service providers Build reliable vendor relationships to support housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and specialty services Monitor vendor performance, accountability, and service quality Support cost management and operational efficiency initiatives Guest & Homeowner Experience Partner with internal Guest Experience teams to ensure exceptional hospitality standards Support homeowner relationships through proactive communication, transparency, and responsiveness Assist in resolving escalated guest or owner concerns when local intervention is required Market Growth & Business Development Support regional growth initiatives and onboarding of new properties Assist with property launch preparation, operational setup, and local market integration Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, owner satisfaction, and revenue generation Community & Market Engagement Develop strong relationships within the local community and vendor network Represent Meadow professionally within the market and maintain a positive local brand presence Stay informed on local regulations, hospitality trends, and competitive market conditions Process Improvement & Accountability Maintain accurate operational documentation and reporting Support implementation of company SOPs and operational best practices Identify workflow improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and service delivery Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in hospitality, property management, operations, or regional/market management Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset Experience managing contractors, vendors, or distributed service teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Familiarity with Berkshire County and/or Hudson Valley markets strongly preferred Existing local vendor or community relationships are a plus Comfortable with regular regional travel and field-based operational oversight Proficiency with property management systems, scheduling tools, and mobile communication platforms preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Mileage reimbursement and travel support Health, dental, and vision reimbursement programs Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Why Join Meadow Homes?
