Job Description
About Us At Formula Wellness, we are focused on helping patients look, feel, and perform at their best through personalized wellness and aesthetic services. As a growing organization, we are committed to delivering an elevated patient experience while continuing to build scalable processes, strong teams, and operational excellence across our clinics and corporate functions. The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and operational excellence of five Formula Wellness locations across the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This role is focused on operational leadership, patient experience, and sustainable revenue growth — ensuring each location delivers an exceptional patient journey, a high-performing team culture, and measurable business results. Reporting directly to the CEO, the RDO serves as a strategic partner to Center Managers where they exist, and assumes the direct management role at locations without dedicated clinic management. The RDO collaborates closely with the CEO, Chief Medical Officer, and the broader executive leadership team to align operational and business priorities, and is responsible for developing and executing market-level strategies, developing high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all five DFW locations. The RDO plays a pivotal role in connecting the wellness and aesthetics service lines, creating a seamless patient experience that drives engagement, loyalty, and growth across the full Formula Wellness service portfolio. Regional Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring scalability, consistency, and long-term growth. Oversee the performance of all five DFW clinic locations, ensuring alignment with company goals, financial targets, and operational standards. Analyze key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve outcomes across the region. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and clinic teams, ensuring alignment in priorities, communication, and execution. Support new clinic openings, integrations, and expansion efforts. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop Center Managers where present, and serve as the direct operational manager at locations without dedicated clinic leadership — ensuring consistent standards, accountability, and team performance across all five DFW locations. Foster a positive, values-driven culture across all locations within the region. Support hiring, onboarding, and development of clinic staff across all functions and roles. Provide performance feedback and ensure consistent leadership practices across clinics. Patient Experience & Service Integration Serve as the regional champion for patient experience, ensuring each location delivers a consistently welcoming, high-quality environment from first contact through follow-up care. Champion the integration of Formula's wellness and aesthetics programs, creating meaningful opportunities for patients to engage with the full scope of services available to them. Partner with clinical leadership to ensure teams are knowledgeable advocates for the full patient journey, supporting education and awareness across both wellness and aesthetics offerings. Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and clinical leadership to maintain alignment on service standards, patient safety protocols, and regulatory requirements across all locations. Quality Assurance & Patient Experience Standards Implement and oversee quality assurance programs that ensure consistency in service delivery, patient experience, and operational standards across all locations. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of clinic operations and patient satisfaction, identifying gaps and leading corrective actions to continuously elevate the experience. Ensure adherence to company protocols, documentation standards, and applicable healthcare regulations across all locations. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and workflows across all clinics. Identify operational inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and scalability. Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing) to support clinic success. Oversee inventory, staffing models, and resource allocation at a regional level. Financial Management Drive accountability for clinic-level P&L performance. Partner with Center Managers, or manage directly at locations without dedicated clinic leadership, to oversee budgets, control costs, and drive profitability across the DFW market. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Patient Engagement & Revenue Growth Develop and optimize the patient engagement funnel across all locations — from initial inquiry and consultation through retention and long-term membership, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at every step. Drive intentional growth in service utilization by ensuring clinic teams are equipped to thoughtfully introduce patients to complementary offerings across Formula's wellness and aesthetics programs. Identify and act on opportunities to improve membership conversion, package attachment, and overall patient lifetime value in partnership with clinic and marketing teams. Monitor location-level performance metrics related to patient engagement, service mix, and revenue contribution, using data to coach clinic teams and refine approach.
