Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH! •This is for a future opportunity•MANTECH seeks a motivated and adaptable Senior Regional Lead to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manages and directs the daily operations of regional business units, overseeing multiple departments and administrative functions. Monitor the performance of subordinate teams and implement organizational policies to achieve operational goals. Develop and manage regional budgets while coordinating the allocation of resources to support various mission-critical activities. Directs the execution of hub-based logistics and sustainment operations within the special operations command environment in the Pacific AOR. Evaluate regional status reports to prioritize resource movements and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets. Lead the coordination of cross-functional hub leadership teams to resolve critical operational bottlenecks affecting theater-wide readiness. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field. 10+ years of position-relevant experience. Experience in formal document approval and quality gate oversight for regional deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification or a related field. Experience with Joint Logistics Enterprise (JLEnt) operations. Knowledge of MIL-STD logistics and facility maintenance protocols within a regional context.
Clearance Requirement:
Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,100.00-$224,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
