About Us Substrata Media is developing LivingWorld.

Horse, an innovative digital media and community platform. A new architecture in entertainment for the 21st century. Position Overview We have already identified hundreds of potential investors, sponsors, strategic partners, media contacts, and industry professionals. This position is solely focused on outreach. The Strategic Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for working through our existing database of contacts, initiating conversations, building relationships, conducting follow-up communications, and scheduling calls and meetings for company leadership. This is a people-focused role. Success will be determined by your ability to engage professionals, build rapport, maintain relationships, and consistently create opportunities for leadership to pursue. Responsibilities Conduct outreach to prospective investors, sponsors, strategic partners, media contacts, and other key industry relationships. Communicate professionally through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other business channels. Build and maintain relationships with prospective contacts. Schedule calls, meetings, and introductions for company leadership. Manage ongoing follow-up communications and outreach campaigns. Track all communications and maintain accurate outreach records. Coordinate closely with leadership regarding outreach priorities and opportunities. Serve as a professional representative of the company and its mission. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree required. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with executives, investors, and business professionals. Highly organized with excellent follow-through. Professional, personable, and relationship-driven. Comfortable initiating conversations and building connections with new contacts. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Preferred Background in finance, investor relations, business development, communications, marketing, public relations, media, or sales. Experience conducting professional outreach or coordinating executive meetings. Familiarity with sponsorships, partnerships, fundraising, or investor communications. Interest in media, entertainment, sports, horses, or racing. Work Arrangement Remote position with required onsite training in Felton, Delaware for approximately 1-2 weeks. Candidates within reasonable driving distance are strongly preferred. Ongoing expectation of attending in-person meetings approximately once per week. What Success Looks Like Consistently scheduling qualified meetings for company leadership. Building strong relationships with prospective partners, sponsors, and investors. Maintaining an organized and active outreach pipeline. Creating meaningful opportunities that contribute to company growth and strategic objectives.
