Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Supervisor of Title Production to help lead and oversee the daily workflow of title production operations. This individual will be responsible for assigning files, monitoring production timelines, reviewing operational reports, and analyzing data in Excel to ensure files are progressing efficiently and within established service level expectations. This role will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Title Production team, ensuring files are properly distributed and moved through the production pipeline in a timely manner. The Supervisor will regularly review reporting, identify trends and bottlenecks, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and throughput. This is a fast-paced, production-focused environment requiring a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and problem-solving ability. The ideal candidate understands that leadership in operations may occasionally require flexibility outside of standard business hours to ensure team success and client satisfaction. While direct Title Insurance or Title Examination experience is not required, candidates with a background in Title, Real Estate, or Mortgage will be strongly preferred, particularly those who understand file lifecycle management and service-level expectations.

Fully Remote Preferred Location:
California-based candidates strongly preferred, with Central California being the ideal location. Candidates located elsewhere in California will also be considered. If needed, the search may later expand to other states.
Compensation:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory, lead, or operations coordination role
  • Strong Excel proficiency, including the ability to input, organize, track, and analyze data
  • Experience reviewing reports and using data to drive decision-making and workflow management
  • Ability to assign work, manage workloads, and ensure production timelines are met
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proven ability to keep processes moving efficiently and maintain production flow
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address workflow challenges and remove bottlenecks
  • Comfortable working in a role that may occasionally require availability outside of standard 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM hours
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, driven, and accountable in a remote work environment
  • High sense of urgency and ownership over production outcomes
  • Background in Title Insurance, Real Estate, or Mortgage
  • Prior experience supporting or supervising production, fulfillment, title, escrow, closing, or post-closing workflows
  • Understanding of file lifecycle management and service level expectations in a transaction-based environment Experience working for a lender or mortgage-related organization
