Tool Supervisor

Looking for a hands-on leader who can run jobs, lead crews, and keep operations moving in the field-focused on execution and results. We are hiring an experienced Tool Supervisor to lead downhole motor operations across coil and stick applications. This is a hand-on role focused on safe, efficient execution in completion and production environments. Must be a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily downhole motor operations, including drill-outs, clean-outs, and toe preparation
• Supervise tool performance, set-up, and maintenance
• Lead field crews and coordinate directly with operators on-site
• Enforces all safety standards and procedures are followed
• Troubleshoot downhole issues and adjust operations as needed
• Build and maintain strong operator and client relationships
• Ensures all necessary equipment and tools are available and adequately maintained to perform all aspects of the job
• Represents the company with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of downhole motor experience
• Experience in completion and production operations with coil & stick
• Strong background in drill-outs and clean-outs
• Fishing experience preferred
• Strong existing operator relationships
• Proven ability to communicate with operators to secure/maintain work
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed to support customer field operations
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, and operational management skills
• Working Knowledge of Windows 10 OS
• Forklift training
• Proficiency with basic hand tools
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs
• Clean driving record; CDL is a plus; ability to pass a drug screening and background check
