Our hostel is a hub for international travelers, and your job is to keep the community thriving while ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Vibe & Community:

Organize social events (pub crawls, dinners, walking tours) and ensure a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

Front Desk & Bookings:

Manage check-ins/outs, handle walk-ins, and keep our booking platforms (Hostelworld, Booking.com, etc.) updated.

Team Leadership:

Supervise housekeeping and volunteers (Workaway/Worldpackers), ensuring dorms and common areas are spotless.

Problem Solving:

Handle guest issues, from "where is the best cheap pizza?" to resolving late-night noise complaints or technical glitches.

Operations:

Manage inventory (linens, cleaning supplies, bar/cafe stock) and basic daily reporting.

Requirements:

The "Hostel Soul": Previous experience staying in or working at hostels is highly preferred.

Multi-tasker:

Ability to handle a busy reception desk while answering questions and managing staff.

Languages:

Fluent English is a must.

Tech Savvy:

Familiarity with Hostel Management Systems (HMS) like Cloudbeds.

Availability:

Must be comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends.
