Role Overview:

We're seeking an Out of School Time Site Coordinator to lead a 21st Century Community Learning Center program at an elementary site. Manage daily operations, supervise staff, build strong partnerships with schools, positive relationships with youth, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee afterschool, vacation week and summer programs, ensuring alignment with school curriculum. Supervise staff and program providers; foster a positive and inclusive environment for youth Coordinate logistics: attendance, transportation, snacks, budgeting, and data tracking. Cultivate community partnerships and organize family engagement activities Ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines and assist with grant reporting.

Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's in Education, Youth Development, Social Work, or related field preferred 2+ years managing youth programs (Grades K-5) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Why Join Us?
