Weekends required , evenings and holidays as needed Job Description Flip Factory Zone is seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations of our high-volume entertainment attractions, including arcade games, indoor go-karts, and our prize redemption center. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing staff, safety, sales performance, and operational excellence. Working about 38 to 45 hours a week. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes safety and guest satisfaction, and enjoys working in a fun, energetic atmosphere.
