) We are conducting a highly confidential search for a General Manager to lead a well-established custom millwork/cabinetry/carpentry company in the Southeast. This organization focuses on high-end residential projects, delivering custom cabinetry and millwork for premier builders and luxury homes. THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for operations, team performance, and overall execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Driving efficient systems and processes Overseeing production, installation, and project flow Leading shop, field, and office teams Maintaining quality standards and timelines Managing client relationships with builders and homeowners Supporting growth and profitability
