Job Description
Job Description Overview We are seeking a self driven Field Operations Manager to oversee multiple client accounts, ensure service quality, and support franchise owners in the field. This is a hands-on, independent role. You will manage your own schedule, conduct onsite inspections, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships. This is not a desk job. While you'll work independently in the field, you'll have clear expectations, support, and regular communication with your manager. Key Responsibilities Conduct onsite inspections to ensure service quality and compliance with standards Manage assigned client accounts to maintain satisfaction and retention Support and develop franchise owners (CBOs) Resolve service issues and implement corrective actions Coordinate onboarding of new accounts and account transitions Maintain accurate documentation in CRM for all inspections, issues, and follow-ups What Success Looks Like You independently manage your schedule and priorities You stay organized across multiple accounts and responsibilities You communicate clearly and handle conflict professionally You follow through and close out issues in a timely manner Qualifications Strong self-management and ability to work independently Experience managing customers, clients, or multiple responsibilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle conflict and enforce standards when needed Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience No commercial cleaning experience required We provide training on our systems and standards. What matters most is your ability to manage your time, stay organized, and handle people and problems effectively. The position requires managing multiple priorities and responding to service needs as they arise. Important This role requires managing multiple priorities at once, addressing service issues and client concerns, and holding others accountable to standards. If you prefer constant direction or a highly structured environment, this position will not be a fit.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:
