We're looking for a Director of Operations who brings clinical expertise, strong leadership instincts, and genuine care for people to run our Columbia operation and help us grow. What You'll Own Premiere Client Experience Build lasting relationships with clients, families, and healthcare partners Oversee care plan development and ensure accurate billing Participate in initial and ongoing client assessments Your Team Lead Care Coordinators, Care Specialists, and Care Coaches Drive recruitment, deployment, and retention of our Wellhaven Way Certified Caregivers Facilitate weekly huddles, 1:1's, and hands-on coaching Operations and Compliance Ensure compliance with state regulations and waiver programs Create results around KPI's and budgets with the executive team Represent Wellhaven Home Care in the community Our Values

• 3+ years organizational leadership
• Home care or senior industry experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Tech savvy across platforms and devices Solid reputation of integrity and compassion Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
