QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE
Qualifications Potential candidates must possess a Master's degree and certification in Secondary Math with three years of successful teaching. A Masters' degree in administration, curricula, or technology is preferred. Leadership experience (e.g., department chair, instructional coach) preferred. Advanced degree in administration or curriculum and instruction preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license. Requirements ? Strong knowledge of secondary mathematics content, standards, and instructional best practices. ? Ability to analyze and interpret student achievement data to inform instruction. ? Ability to support teachers through coaching, modeling, and professional learning. ? Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Ability to facilitate professional development for small and large groups. ? Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and district staff. ? Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement. ? Ability to motivate, support, and inspire educators to improve student outcomes
