Landscape Operations Manager (Design-Build) Upstate Landscapers - Upstate South Carolina $1,200 - $1,600/week + Performance Bonuses High Performers Only This is not an entry-level position. We are only hiring experienced individuals who can run projects, manage crews, and deliver quality results without constant supervision. Position Overview We are looking for a Landscape Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations. This role requires someone who can take ownership of projects from start to finish and communicate clearly with ownership. Responsibilities Manage landscape and hardscape projects from start to finish Lead crews and coordinate daily operations Manage trucks, trailers, equipment, and materials Track job progress and complete CRM updates Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard Maintain communication with ownership on job status Requirements Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage crews and keep jobs on schedule Knowledge of plant material and installation practices preferred Organized and comfortable using technology/CRM systems Valid driver's license Compensation $1,200 - $1,600/week base (based on experience) Performance bonuses based on profitability, efficiency, and quality
