Job Description

Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical & Complex Manufacturing (Nationwide) We're actively seeking Senior Superintendents with experience in mission critical and complex manufacturing environments to lead projects across the U.S. This includes data centers, food & beverage processing, aerospace, pharmaceutical, and other technically demanding facilities. This role is ideal for builders who enjoy being in the field, taking ownership of their projects, and driving progress on complex, fast-paced jobs. If you take pride in leading teams, maintaining tight schedules, and delivering high-quality work safely, this is a strong long-term opportunity with room to grow. What You'll Be Doing Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout Manage subcontractors, site logistics, sequencing, and manpower Own site safety, quality control, and schedule execution Coordinate closely with Project Management and trade partners Drive look-ahead planning and solve problems in real time Deliver complex, technical projects safely and on schedule What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent on large-scale projects Background in mission critical or complex manufacturing environments (data centers, food & beverage, aerospace, pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, etc.) Strong leadership presence in the field Ability to run a job, make decisions, and hold teams accountable Safety-first mindset with pride in delivering quality work Why This Role Nationwide project opportunities with consistent pipeline Strong compensation, per diem, and travel support Clear path for long-term growth and advancement Company that values field leadership and promotes from within If you're looking for challenging projects, steady work, and long-term growth, apply here or reach out for a confidential conversation.
