Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions promptly. Lead program management efforts across various projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints while fostering a culture of accountability. Qualifications Proven experience in operations management with a strong track record of supervising teams and managing large-scale projects. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and business development within a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and foster a collaborative team culture. Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support sound decision-making. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate vision, motivate teams, and build stakeholder relationships. Relevant management certifications or advanced degrees in business administration or related fields are preferred.
