Job Description

Immediate Hire! Phelps Security is Seeking an Experienced Field Supervisor for Multiple shifts. Apply in person - 4932 Park Ave. Memphis, TN 38117 or Call 901.365-9728
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the day to day performance and appearance of security officers in the field. Training new officers, inspecting all sites, managing security officers in their area of responsibility, providing logistical support to maintain field operations, and developing client relationships. Providing rapid response in critical situations.
Field Supervisor Requirements:
21 + years of age Must have Tennessee Armed Security License No criminal history and willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation Minor mechanical experience a plus! Good knowledge of the City of Memphis ©2022
