Janitorial Account Manager

We are looking for a high-energy Janitorial Account Manager with a coach-focused leadership style to join our Nashville, TN team. In this pivotal role, you will initially champion operations across two premier accounts in the Lebanon and Mt. Juliet area — a bustling commercial logistics warehouse and shipping facility, as well as a prestigious private education school — with an additional account expected to be added in the near future.

Requirements:

2-5 years of Management experience (Janitorial/Facilities preferred); Associate's Degree required (Bachelor's preferred)

What You Bring To The Team Experience:

2-5 years leading teams in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or hospitality environments.

Education:

Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital payroll/reporting systems.

Leadership:

A proven track record of motivating diverse teams and fostering a "win-together" culture.

Physical Ability:

Capability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
