Job Description
Car Wash Manager Parrot's Car Wash is seeking driven, energetic, and customer-focused Managers to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced express car wash. If you're passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving results, we'd love to meet you. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for team development, membership growth, operational excellence, and ensuring every customer leaves with a five-star experience. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of car wash associates to create a positive, high-performance culture. Oversee all daily operations to ensure the wash is running safely, efficiently, and at the highest standards. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by resolving concerns promptly and building customer loyalty. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor team members while creating opportunities for growth and advancement. Manage labor schedules and staffing levels to meet business needs and productivity goals. Drive membership sales and support initiatives that increase customer retention and revenue. Monitor wash quality, tunnel operations, vacuums, and site appearance to ensure every customer receives a clean, dry, and exceptional wash experience. Conduct routine inspections and coordinate preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Manage inventory and ordering of chemicals, supplies, and operational materials. Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and environmental standards. What We're Looking For Previous leadership or management experience required; retail, hospitality, restaurant, automotive, or car wash experience preferred . Proven ability to lead teams, hold employees accountable, and motivate others to achieve goals. Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues is a plus. Comfortable working outdoors and being actively involved in day-to-day operations. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
