Job Description

Traveling Superintendent:
Industrial, Manufacturing, Mission Critical, Data Center Well-established General Contractors are hiring Traveling Superintendents to lead large-scale industrial and complex commercial construction projects nationwide. Own the field. Drive safety, schedule, quality, and execution from groundbreaking through turnover. Responsibilities Lead daily field operations, subcontractors, and project sequencing Drive schedule, safety, quality, logistics, and production goals Coordinate trades, inspections, meetings, and look-ahead schedules Resolve field issues and maintain project documentation Partner with PMs, clients, engineers, and inspectors Requirements 5+ years as Superintendent on ground-up construction projects Experience in industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, healthcare, cold storage, food & beverage, warehouse, or data center projects Strong leadership, scheduling, and field coordination skills Open to nationwide travel depending on project needs
Pay:
$125,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
