In this role, you will Develop operational systems and processes of the company, maximize efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of securities operations, financial principles, and a proven track record as an operations Manager. Responsibilities Oversee all operational aspects of the business including hiring Create strategic and operational goals and objectives work with developers to implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements Set and monitor key performance indicators Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Previous experience as an operations Manager is preferred FINRA Series 7, 24 with the wiliness to pass the series 27 Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management Excellent verbal and written communication Knowledge of sound business practices and securities processing
