Operations Manager Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a local fabrication facility who is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations from product orders, production execution, facility maintenance, logistics and personnel management. The ideal Operations Manager has previous experience in a manufacturing environment leading multiple facets of the business, understands OSHA standards and delivers exceptional attention to detail and time management. The Operations Manager is a full-time, direct hire position in Angleton, TX.
Operations Manager Job Responsibilities:
Daily Oversee Staff From The Shop, Yard, Drivers & Office Ensuring Smooth Operations Plan, Organize & Adjust Daily & Weekly Schedules Ensuring Production Schedules Meet Customer's Needs Maintain Quality Standards & Procedures, Review Fabrication Drawings For Accuracy & Oversee The Final Inspection Manage The Operation, Repair, & Preventative Maintenance For All Machinery, Equipment, Forklifts, & Vehicles Ensure All Product is Received, Stored, & Handled Correctly, Maintaining Accurate Inventory Train, Mentor, & Evaluate The Performance of Staff, & Ensure Accountability Across Departments Supervise Administrative Processes Including Product Orders, Production Reporting & Timesheets Ensure The Warehouse, Yard, & Shop Maintains Organized & Clean Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines Ensuring OSHA Standards Are in
Practice Operations Manager Job Requirements & Working Conditions:
