Job Description:
Drywall Division Lead | Austin I'm working on a rare opportunity with a growing contractor in Austin looking to bring in a senior leader to take ownership of their drywall division. You'd be stepping in to: Lead and scale an established drywall business (~$5M+) Oversee precon, operations alignment, and hiring Drive growth toward $10M-$15M+ in a controlled, profitable way Act as the face of the division with clients and partners Ideal background: 15-25+ years in drywall (subcontractor side) Progression through field ? PM ? estimating ? leadership Currently a Chief Estimator / Precon Lead / Director-level profile Strong commercial mindset, not just volume-driven This will suit someone who: Wants more ownership and influence Is comfortable stepping into a broader leadership role Values autonomy and the ability to build something properly Austin-based. Strong market knowledge preferred.
