On-Site Manager

You need to be:

Organized and calm under pressure A natural communicator — with clients, team members, and vendors Comfortable leading a small team and making judgment calls on-site Physically up for the work — this role involves lifting, moving, and being on your feet Someone who treats every client's home and belongings with care and respect Experience in senior services, real estate, moving, staging, or caregiving is a plus. We'll train the right person.
