The Senior Enablement Specialist is a pivotal member of the organization's internal operations ecosystem, responsible for driving the successful execution of key Client Experience and Operating Group initiatives. This role blends program coordination, event management, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure teams are informed, prepared, and positioned for success. Acting as a central connector across departments, the specialist ensures internal programs are organized, communicated, and delivered with consistency and impact, bridging strategy and execution to create a seamless internal experience. What you'll
Do:
Coordinate and support execution of major internal programs across the Operating Group. Manage timelines, logistics, deliverables, and cross‑team dependencies. Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to maintain alignment and momentum. Plan and coordinate internal events such as Staff Council operations, leadership meetings, and OG activities. Support execution of programs like Ascend Staff Track and other organizational initiatives. Ensure a consistent, high‑quality experience across all internal engagements. Provide coordination support for executive‑level activities including calendar alignment, meeting logistics, and materials preparation. Assist in developing presentations, communications, and meeting outputs for leadership audiences. Partner with FP&A and other functions to support planning cycles and operational cadence. Serve as a central point of contact for program communication and logistics. Partner with teams across Operating Group and cross departmental to ensure alignment. Facilitate information flow and ensure stakeholders are informed and prepared Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, coordination processes, and event execution. Contribute to standards, templates, and best practices for the enablement of activities. Capture feedback and implement enhancements to improve internal experiences.What You Bring:
3-6+ years in program coordination , operations, enablement, or similar roles. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level communication. Proven ability to manage logistics, timelines, and cross‑functional coordination.Internal Application Policy:
