Salary Range:

Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Strategic Account Manager into our highly collaborative ad talented sales team, to be responsible and accountable for overall sales processes; from initial contact and understanding client needs to the closure of the product/service delivery. The successful candidate will promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship and solution-based approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative sales with long sales cycles within the Collaboration industry Drive revenue through recognition and realization of opportunities within accounts Work with customers and internal resources to leverage products and services to enhance customers' business and grow opportunities Help build the message to sell Kinly Microsoft and Cisco voice offerings to other parts of the customers business Develops sales annual account action plans Identify all customer contract renewals and build plan for the renewal of those contracts Drive profitability revenue growth year over year in assigned accounts Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals by executing an account growth strategy Work with Marketing to create Sales Programs centered on OEM endorsements Conduct regular Business Reviews and reporting with major accounts Manage relationships with Manufacturers (OEMs), distributors and resellers to further sales opportunities and to ensure continued customer satisfaction Provide input into pricing, positioning and strategy within assigned verticals or markets Research, prospect and establish leads for corporate relationships Prepare and present proposals to corporate decision makers, build interactive components for all renewal and new business proposals, build interactive presentations that outline features, benefits and unique selling points of interactive properties Generate a pre-determined level of new business revenue Skills & experience: Proven experience operating in a similar role with strong understanding and knowledge of the Collaboration marketplace Strong relationship builder Capable of developing accounts, while proactively targeting new opportunities Comfortable managing relationships with executive level contacts Successful track record of winning and closing deals in competitive environments, as well as identifying new opportunities Comfortable with domestic travel requiring multi-night stays and international travel Valid U.S. driver's license is a requirement and must be willing to apply for security clearances and other related clearances to be able to work at certain customer locations If you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.
