Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to own and optimize the operational backbone of the company. This role is central to order fulfillment, inventory and ERP management, vendor and contract-manufacturer coordination, quality assurance, customer and technical support, and facilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills, and operates autonomously with high agency and intelligence. The role trains directly with the CEO, learning the ins and outs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
