Job Description
Houston Foods, part of the Dhanani Group—one of the largest and most respected QSR franchise organizations in the country, is seeking a high-impact Regional Director of Operations to lead multi-unit performance across our Corpus market. We are looking for a strong operator currently in the market or open to relocation, someone who drives results through people, discipline, and execution. This leader will be responsible for elevating District Managers, strengthening General Managers, and building a culture of accountability that delivers consistent financial performance and an exceptional guest experience. What You Will Own Full regional P&L accountability (sales growth, labor optimization, food cost control, margin improvement) Development and performance of District Managers and their restaurant leadership teams Consistent execution of Burger King brand standards and operational excellence KPI management: sales, traffic, labor %, food cost, speed of service, guest metrics Succession planning and leadership bench strength Compliance across Illinois labor, safety, and food standards Execution of remodels, reimages, and growth initiatives Strong partnership with ownership and corporate field teams You will be in restaurants. You will coach in real time. You will use data to drive action. You will remove barriers and build leaders. Who You Are A proven multi-unit operator (8+ years) within QSR or franchise environments Comfortable owning a regional P&L across multiple locations Data-driven and financially fluent Direct, accountable, and clear in expectations A culture builder who leads through standards and discipline Experienced leading geographically dispersed teams Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution Prior Burger King experience or experience within a nationally recognized QSR brand is strongly preferred.
