REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 4 years of professional dog grooming experience Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or operations role Exceptional customer service skills with a natural ability to connect with clients and their pets Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Genuine love for dogs and a calm, confident presence with animals of all temperaments Reliable, detail-oriented, and a true team player
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with salon scheduling or point-of-sale software Grooming certification from a recognized program (e.g., NDGAA, IPG) Background in boutique, hospitality, or client-facing service environments Knowledge of pet first aid
